Checking out flights to Lithuania noticed that flightbookers have sat departure coming back thurs for £220 via prague. Seems fair. Added to ally macabres accom recommendations!! that could be about £255 quid for five nights. And at 60p a pint you can get 75 pints over five nights bringing a grand total of £300.

VTA, is the home game against Iceland not on the Saturday? If this is the case then you would have to sacrafice that to make it on that flight to Lithuania.

The problem with these flights is when you are trying to book for 12 the availability dissapears! I would assume that there are only a handful of seats available at these prices.

I'm just posting as I see them. I am having a fair bit of difficulty finding exactly what I want also, I guess there will be some sacrifices made to do this match at a reasonable cost. I think the Helsinki thing takes in the time difference so it may not be as long as it looks. Package deals are also proving a pain as I only seem able to get deals inc hotel in Vilnius now and I know some other (fully booked) deals (which pals are on) are waiting to see where the game is before allocating a hotel either in Kuanas or Vilnius. Cannae be stuck in Vilnius (and paid up front) if pals end up staying in Kuanas etc. Happy to hear if anyone has any ideas. Ideally I would like to go on the Mon or Tue and come back Fri.

That's the sort of thing we were looking for VTA - but they fair hike the prices up if yer no' staying a Saturday night.
So it's either miss the Iceland game or miss the wife's birthday!! Now, let's see...............

Well happy, 4 of us booked with ebookers.com on the Finnair flight via Helsinki, out Monday back on Friday for £256. Anyone else booked on these flights? 5 hours to kill in Helsinki, any decent pubs?
The other 8 have decided to go with Passport Travel.

Just received an e-mail fromthe Lithianian Airlines office at Gatwick telling me that they have availability flying out of Gatwick on 30th March (Sunday) returning 5th April (Saturday) for £237.00 which is not bad. I'm not sure how many seats are available though.
Their e-mail address is: lithair@globalnet.co.uk and Lina Jones is the contact there. These flights might suit someone out there......
