the former arsenal ladies favourite who has been capped 84 times was recommended to the club's coach Monika Staab by Scotland's director of womens football Vera Pauw
She said "The german league season starts on august 17, and then we're straight in to the champions league with an away match in spain."
"Frankfurt are one of the best women's sides in europe they won the champions league two years ago and only lost to the eventual winners this time".

I think Kev's just trying to curb your excitement, fella.
Saw Nicky at Hibs v Arsenal (Ladies obviously) last night along with a few of the Killie lassies - Claire Johnstone, Shelley Kerr, J-Lo (control yersel BDJ) were all there to the see the Scots lassies show the Arse how it's done. Sorry Kev - Michelle Barr wasn't there....
Unfortunately Arsenal fluked a 1-0 win but they were nothing special for a big E*****h side and Pauline "Smiler" Hammill had them bricking it several times. Stacey Cook had a stormer in the centre of midfield - she was everywhere - and I reckon you could have heard the obscenities she was screaming the few times she mucked things up down in North London!
Good game. Dodgy ref. Top totty. Sorted
