Picture the scene; it’s the last Sunday in June 2008 at Hampden. It’s Scotland against England in the final of the 2008 European Championships. A scrappy no scoring 90 minutes results in the match going to the Golden Goal.
In the last minute, YOU pick up the ball in your own half, and in a 1986 Maradonna style, produce one of the finest individual goals in footballing history.
What would your celebration be??

That pretty much describes it but with the addition of a big final knee slide up to one of those big furry microphones they have at the pitch side now, in front of the E*****d crowd, grab the thing, point into the crowd and shout "TAXI FOR ENGLAND!!!"

Firstly run to all the Scotland fans in total euphoria...
celebrate by the usual fist raised screaming etc, then Id go down on ma knees and do an "I am not worthy" to the fans... kiss the badge, get up...
and sprint with the rest of the team to the e*****d fans and ..... (deleted by me for obvious reasons but it would probably have got me a lifetime international football ban!!!)

Surely the win would be devalued by the fact that the tournament had been boycotted by every single nation except Scotland and England? C'mon, let's face it, there's no other way you lot would get past the first round, is there? I reckon you'd have trouble qualifying even as hosts

Ah honestly think ah wid burst intae tears. Thats all. Watchin all the TA in the stands goin ballistic, falling over each other, pukin etc It just brings a tear to ma eye.
Oh and I'd run over to the pr*ss box and batter the livin daylights oot of all the w@nks who doubted us.
