Picking us over Northern Ireland is hardly a great accolade. Career move.
Do you really believe that Matt Elliot played in all the games he did because of his deep passion for Scotland? You'd have thought he'd have visited the place more than once or twice if he'd always felt this way.
And do you really believe that if the England manager had knocked on his door and he had to make a choice between Scotland and England he would have chosen Scotland? No chance. Personally I don't think we should have people playing for Scotland simply for the reason that they're not good enough for England.
