YOUNG SCOTS REACH FINAL

Scotland Under 17s have reached the final of the Nordic Cup, and will face Denmark in Sunday's final.
Having won their first two group games, the Scots needed just a draw against Sweden this evening, and that is what they got. Patrick Boyle fired them into the lead in 56 minutes, and although Sweden equalised through Sliper in 74 minutes, the point was enough to top the group.
In Sunday's final, they will face Denmark, who won all their three group matches against Norway, England and Iceland.

the problem, BBC is that they get older and dafter, not wiser, and discover wimmen and drink and the fitba goes oot the windae. Hopefully Herr Bonhoff has got them on the right road (although should someone not tell him fags are bad for you?)

Tartanaccie hit the nail on the head. We all bemoan lamber for being a boring git but his off field attitude is exactly what we want from a player. Sadly in scotland he is the exception to the rule.
A friend in a Glasgow nightclub on Saturday night saw two current Scotland internationals falling over drunk when their continental teammates were drinking water and chatting up the burdz.
