GET A LIFE!!!

with Sully proberly 2nd choise for Spurs and Douglas possibly reduced to 2nd choise keeper as well (after all Hedman's a better keeper)

who do we have left whos a 1st choise keeper

1)Gallagher (a promising young keeper, but doesnt play alot of big games!!!)

2)Main (Please NO!!!!)

Hopfully (touch wood) Dougy and Sully will be inspired to get there fingers out and become better keepers,

otherwise Iceland/Germany will be even more difficult!

Jimbers,
What do you mean Gallacher doesn't play a lot of big games?
He's been the United first choice keeper for a season and a half, playing every match, forcing the experienced Combe to seek another club.

He got more practice than the other two last year, due to Uniteds dodgy defense.

Give youth a chance Berti.

If we can score 4 or more.. i'am no too worried about a keeper, i don't think their is any crisis at all. Douglas is solidly sound in the goals(a bit dodgy at times) but i think o'neil bought hedman for a squad rotation thing, they'll be thinking of champs league and having 2 first class keepers. that's why i'm expecting more from Sylla,Maloney,Smith,McNamarra this season as the games against Killie,M'well no disrepect but celts reserves could beat them or get a result and give henny, lambo and the crew a rest for european games..

Sully is a good keeper, i dunno why people are doubting him, he's been an outstanding keeper for scotland over the past 4 years, a bit dodgy against Korea/France but apart fae that he's done excellent and he'll pull through at spurs this season being 1st choice ahead of keller i think, and wee gallo at united looks decent, i dunno if he's good enough for Scotland but he's looking good for the years to come.. it's exictin time being a scotland fan.. it really is..

Opinionated Wind Bag

Despite all the papers talking pash, Sullivan is still number 1 at Spurs, and like Gallacher at United will be getting plenty of practice playing in front of a crap defense this season.

Fresh ideas

Sully is a MUCH better keeper, far more experienced and confident. For Godsakes, the Korea/ France games mistakes were purely because of the experimental element, anyone would have made a mistake purely cos of the law of averages with the number of chances those two were getting!

Two words that must surely put everybody off of Douglas......'Cross' and 'Balls'. The man is a fecking clown and only marginally better than (shudder) Gould...... but that's another story. :-)

exactly BUT youth cant be used in ALL our competive games!

Gallagher plays for Dundee Utd and only gets what 6/8 decent games if
you think about it.

M'well, Dunfirmline, Dundee, Partick arn't the biggest clubs. With quality strikers

and when the likes of Aberdeen/Killie play in Europe they cant beat some Norweigein
side nobody's heard of.

the SPL's getting weaker nobody outside of Scotland will see it.

Against the Faoros I would say Scotland needs to go out with the attitude BATTER THEM!

We could proberly get away with Crainey/Maloney/Smith/Ross/Gallagher playing IF Matteo,
Weir, McCann, Baz and Dobbie play

That attitude Winning matters!!

if we drop to 3rd seeds god help us!

Something to say

GKs for the future then is it , well MacGregor at Rangers is doing well but as per usual with the OF the boy will need to move.
Langfield at Dundee but Speronis keeping him out
and I'm sure Bud....ski at the Jags is Scottish and hes no that bad either.
