UEFA President Lennard Johansson admitted that Austria/Swiss central location was a major factor in their successful bid.
"They are in the middle of Europe which is an advantage for all countries,the nature of them is hard to beat with the lakes and mountains and there`s a number of well-known cities that give people the chance to see facilities other than football"
There`s me thinking it was a football tournament.............No a friggin sight seeing tour.

I wouldn't believe a word that comes out of Lennard Johansson's mouth, I seen a clip on the telly last night of him and some other UEFA bureaucrat, when asked why Scotland had faired so badly - they both laughed and in a true New Labour like fashion they then spinned the conversation onto why Austria/Switzerland was the right choice.
