It would be nice te huv a good crowd and gie them the reception we gave the Germans, scare the wee bassas!
The Faroes game wis one of the most hurtful performances I have witnessed (albeit on a tv screen in the Rob Roy) and I WANT REVENGE!

(cannae get out of the wedding - and it's in Fife too so I'll still be travelling all the way up there without seeing the game!!!!!!!! Then straight back for the coach to Germany on Monday  )

That's two consecutive draws in Toftir, and I seem to recall it was 2 - 0 we won at Pittodrie, which began to get a nervy affair until we scored.
The Faeroes will not fear us, they know we are C rap.

was 2-1 at pittodrie battlebus - we were 2-0 they scored and nearly equalised. but agree wi you they'll be wantin scalps.
By the way, it's no just us they are giein a game. This time round they drew with us, got beat 2-1 in germany where the faroes hit the inside of the post wi 7 mins tae go, got beat 2-1 to Icers wi a last minute goal conceded to them, got beat 2-0 at hame tae germany wi 2 goals in the last 2 mins.
I'll take any victory against them but hopefully we get a big crowd out..

You are correct in two respects. Yes they won't fear us and yes our record against them is far from ideal i.e. two draws in Toftir and scraping a win at Pittodrie.
HOWEVER - This is what WE ALL as a nation have to get our heads round and realise that these teams might not have the stars but they are NOT minnows. We do not have the god given right to turn up and beat them. If we accept this and treat them, as a team that is hard to beat and show them respect, we can then go out with the same determined attitude as we did against Germany and get the result that most folk would want and that is a convincing win.
