Skien is the venue that is shown on the SFA web site, so I am now wondering why they asked us on the ticket enquiry form, will you be attending the U21 in OSLO on the Tuesday night ??????????

aye, fight and you may die - run and you will live, for at least a while.  And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willing, to trade all the days from this day to that for one chance, JUST ONE CHANCE TO COME BACK HERE AND TELL OUR ENEMIES THAT THEY MAY TAKE OUR LIVES, BUT THEYLL NEVER TAKE OUR FREEDOM!!!

It's the wrong side of the water if you arrive in Torp on the Tuesday, as it would involve the Ryan-twats-air bus to Oslo, then a further 160km to Skein.

If we had a party there would it be a Skein Do ?

Are you sure you've got Oslo Torp on the right side of the fjord???

I thought it was on the west bank!

I thought that as well, but when I searched multimap.com it came up on the right side - middle of nowhere, so you would presume that is a usual ryan-twat-air location.

Did a search on the web for Oslo Torp airport and can confirm it's near Sandefjord on the west side of the fjord - so no need to swim if you're going to Skein/Skien...

So, its the Ryanair bus to Oslo on the Tuesday, then straight back down on the train to Skein.

Has anyone been bored enough to try and find out if a train runs down there from Oslo etc etc......?

Reeky, if you get the Ryanair bus to Oslo you're going the wrong way for Skien. You'd save a lot of hassle going straight to the u21s from the airport...

Must admit I'll probably skip it as I'll already be in Oslo and it's not exactly handy.

Scottish FA

Fresh ideas

Match is now confirmed at Odd Stadion in Skien, with a 6 pm kick-off on Tuesday 19th.

The original letters to the STC mentioned Oslo as we had not been informed of the venue at that time by the Norwegian FA.
