Checked oot the Hotel Drees using Travelocity and they still had rooms available. It's pretty central as well.

The Hilton wasnae really THAT expensive-£70 a night for a double room.It's on the U-bahn route between the city centre(2-3km) and the stadium(1km),and looks cracking.Right next to thon big observation tower thingy.
2 swimmin pools,sauna,bar,room service,you name it.
There are still rooms available,for anybody struggling,but nae riff-raff please,me and Mrs.Methilstevie don't want to be humiliated,now that we're posh.

Aye we're booked up at the hostel adolf somebody as well. Glad to hear aboot the curfew, otherwise I would have been paying for a locker for three days...
we've got oor flights sorted as well.
edinburgh - heathrow - heathrow - dusseldorf - train to dortmund - about 160. Dont think there are any spaces left cos some of our lot are having to go via manchester then dusseldorf.
All set for the dunfy boys!! and for the first time on tour, two dunfy lassies (including one who will by that time be the wife)

Just booked six into the NH Dortmund right in the city centre Mon-Fri. No bother at all. If anyone is still having a job getting booked up try http://www.travelnow.com
Its 100 Eur per room (twin) per night. Aboot 30 quid each.

I have been trying to get some more rooms in the Mercure City Hotel as I am not sure how many Sporran Legionares are going. ( we allready have some booked)
This was the message I got back when I tried to book them:-
REQUESTED HOTEL AND AREA IS FULLY BOOKED DUE TO
SCOTLAND V GERMANY FOOTBALL MATCH, BEST
ALTERNATIVE AREA ISCOLOGNE DUSSELDORF
intresting they are saying it is cause of the football and not the conference.
