for anybody is still having problems getting booked into a reasonable priced hotel. i have just booked 2 rooms in the ibis bochum am hauptbahnhof, in bochum for £31 per night per 2 man room. as you can tell from the name the hotel is at bochum railway station and the train journey takes 10 minutes to dortmund at a cost of around £10 return. if anybody books in let me know. sorry got the hotel at bochum hotels lodging and reservations in bochum.
