don't know how far away you plan to be/ and where your flyin' to? However, there's a pretty big one in Frankfurt and you've a mini - Dusseldorf Altstadt behind it in Sachenhausen. Apart fae that (I live about 1/2 hr north of Frankfurt) it's about 2 & 1/2 hrs to Dortmund from Frankfurt by train.....

We are flying to Dusseldorf Niederrhein - I presume this is the Prestwick equivalent for Dusseldorf... Spoke to the tourist agency.. plenty of hotel rooms in Dusseldorf and by the looks of things plenty of TA there too!!!

Ryanair fly there, it's the old RAF Laarbruch base next to the Dutch border & quite a wee bit from Dusseldorf itself.
No doubt Ryanair'll start running a direct bus soon though.

Steinerger Maxx is very expensive.
We're booked into the VIP Hotel in Dusseldorf, 53 Euros per night for a twin room. Its at Herzogstrasse 93

Lufthansa fly to Dusseldorf from Edinburgh, with a chnage at Frankfurt. Dusseldorf is only 40 miles, a nice wee train journey, from Dortmund.

i do need a spark as you know...this guy came and looked the ither day well aboot 3 months ago...he said it disnae need rewired but tidied up so dae ye ken eny sparks whae wid dae this in largs area on the side reasonable prices and can drink and smoke on the job ?
the ither spark hasnae came back so i take it he isnae interested or mibby he is feart wi ah they arab cutters on the wa
