Matt (TazDevil) is driving Simona and Tomas up from Cumbria to meet with any available TA on Good Friday. Despite quite a busy schedule for their exchange trip they are really keen to come to Scotland to see people.
The plan is to meet them in the Hebrides Bar at approximately 12.30. pm. Everyone welcome! Can ye post if you are going to try and make it along in the off chance a few butties and pies can be organised.
Simona and Tomas want to say thanks on behalf of the boarding school in Zagare which received backpacks, tv, cd player etc through the Sunshine Appeal. Not sure if they have a letter or something from the School to handover.
Matt intends driving them through to Glasgow for approx 4pm. Will post details of where, when he has sorted it out.

Great afternoon in the Heb yesterday.
Tomas and Simona were treated to some good ole Scottish hospitality, well, a selection o pies and bridies to be fair, but they seemed to have enjoyed themselves.
Bridie Boy made up a welcome banner for them in Lithuanian, which looked superb (I hope someone can post a photie as i never had me camera with me)
Mazzy made a cake with a Scotland / Lithuanian flag iced on the top, very tasty!
Simona read out a 'Thank You' letter, (With Ian Black translating!) from the home in Zagare re all the donations given to them. Very touching.
They were then treated to a tour round the Edinburgh dungeon and a trip on the open top tour bus.
There was good turn out of TAMBers to welome them, so for the guys from outside Edinburgh that came through, great effort.

I think a great day was had by all.
Well done to Mazzy for organising it to The Fella for arranging the free entry into the Dungeons for Simona and Thomas and the reduced rates for us.
Ian, I ended up going to a club after I left the heb so I asked the bar staff to keep the letter and photograph safe. The fella is going to pick it up and get it scanned on.
