Interesting to see that Portugal got awarded 2004 in 1998 when of the 8 stadia required, they had built a grand total of ZERO. I've also never heard anyone singing the praises of the Portugese transport infrastructure. Mind you, they're probably no likely to have a month of rain in June like Glasgow...

I don't know what the hulla baloo about scotlands 2008 stadiums. Portugals tournament is in 2 years, and they don't know what stadiums they will use.
