Ive checked out via Frankfurt and its 15 hours with 2 changes and lots more stops. Go to http://www.ns.nl and click on international and you can get all the info. Frankfurt to Dortmund seems to be a 4 hour trip to join up,but then well already have had at least 4 hours to get that far so why not?
