Just booked flights with Opodo from Edinburgh to Warsaw via Amsterdam with Klm for £88 plus tax !!
Take a look at http://www.opodo.co.uk
My flights were for Sun 30th returning Sat 5th. I tried to get Glasgow which was on offer at the same price, but i think there are only a couple of seats left on that one. But Edinburgh was fine this morning.
See the "What about Warsaw" thread for info on getting to Vilnius from Warsaw.

David,
Remember, if you go via Vilnius, you'll leave yourself short of time, for the following reason
'Travel from Warsaw to Vilnius overnight on train number 19315. This runs on alternate days only, leaving Warsaw Centralna at 22:10 and arriving in Vilnius at 08:45 next morning (07:45 from 29 March until late October 2003 because of differences in time zone). The train runs on odd dates from Warsaw, except Jan 31, March 31, May 31, July 31, August 31, October 31, December 31. The train has Polish 1st & 2nd class sleeping-cars (1- 2- and 3-berth) and 2nd class 6-bunk couchettes. '
This means you'll have to travel overnight on the night before the game and travel back on the Friday night.
There's a dircet connection from Warsaw to Kaunas.

David,
I forgot to add the bit about the return journey which I took from the same web page. Here it is
'The Vilnius-Warsaw overnight train leaves Vilnius on even dates at 20:55 (19:55 from 29 March until late October 2003 because of differences in time zone) arriving in Warsaw Centralna at 05:47 the following morning.'

Cheers Vasco, according to the Deutch Bahn timetables there are trains that run daily leaving at 7am and arriving to Warsaw at 6pm ish. New timetables are out soon though.
Failing that there are 2-3 busses a day in each direction taking 10hours each. Train would be better but if its got to be the bus........
