I am with you again craig. I definately think there should be a dress code to stop us damaging our country's reputation. As part of STC membership you should have to sign a agreement about what you will or will not wear......

fashion conscious tartan army, we could have smart black t shirts with our wee white logo across the chest, kilt socks pulled up and brogues, flashes the works,
I think we also should look at our hair, girls either tied back or up and away from their face, men short back and sides and brylcreamed,
no kangaroos, crocodiles or other australian wildlife, purely scottish, we could have golden eagles salmon and red deer.

I think TAMB and Magoo'd t-shirts should also be allowed.
In addition to your list craig I also would add that those who choose to drink bottles of wine should take a glass and wine cooler with them. There is nothing as unsophisticated as drinking it straight from the bottle 
Stupid hats are out along with face paint unless there are any budding Leonardo Di Vinci's (sp?) out there...
Stupid sporrans are also out including hairy ones (sorry Ally...) Badger (sorry beast), bagpus (sorry Paul) etc. All sporrans should be complete i.e no lost tassles...
Unfortunately I am not too keen on your suggestions re-womens hair though. My hair is entirely unaccustomed to being up.

There is a wee book called "So you are going to wear the kilt"it should be handed out to everyone who joins the travel club to ensure the correct dress code is adhered to,I've even seen folk wearing evening sporrans to an afternoon game.
