Under the UEFA rules, 2 months before the match they must confirm the venue, then a month before they must announce the kick off time.
It will depend on who the S C U M play that day, so that SKY can suit in with the biggest viewing audience. Our game will probably kick off about 10pm, and by half time when yer balls have dropped off with the cold, you go back to the pub and let the rest of the fans who did not get a ticket, to go along for the second half !

I'm no sure if yer stadium in Iceland has floodlights.
If not, it'll have to obviously be played in daylight hours....so between 10.34 and 12.27 then.
