His fathers English you say jimbers. Well it doesn't take a genious to figure out where this attitude comes from does it?
The motivation to support a country (or indeed any team) should not be based on their success. If it is I would suggest a certain shallowness on the part of the individual concerned and no real understanding of what its all about.
I am however assuming your cousin is quite young so will maybe see the error of his ways in time

Ive bought him a Scotland shirt!
He prefers the England one his Scottish Nanna got him!!
4.30 the game gonna be hell
I will have to keep coming over and teach him that its not all about winning
Still his Scottish Uncle is cheering on Brazil and he lives five mins from the offening five year old cousein
maybe theres hope yet for the boy??
