How many from the message board remember the bi-annual trips to Wembly of the 70'S.The ta of today is so different now adays but I believe it is much better although much smaller in numbers.the big game was the England game espicially at Wembly.I have quite a good record of my trips there having seen 3 Scotland wins.Can any one beat that?My full record is 1977 w 2-1 1979 l 1-3 1981 w 1-0 1986 l1-2 1999 w 1-0

Sorry but ma dad didn`t take me to any wrembley trips in the seventies but he was at the 63 , 65 , 1967 , 69 , 71 , 73 , and 75 games then stopped going, i wonder why ! Personally i was at the wednesday night game in 86 beat 2-1, 1988 beat 1-0 , 96 beat 2-0 and 1999 won 1- 0 and that was the end of wembley.

Been at everyone from 1973 onwards. No matter how good you think the atmosphere is now I don`t think we can ever recreate what it was like in the 70`s. 100,000 crowds 75% scots and just a sea of lion rampants, the noise was incredible Makes me feel all nostalgic even now..............that was the good bits.
Outside was a different story however, drunks everywhere, lots of arrests, quite a few fights and invariably it was Scots fans who were the aggressors. Glad that has all changed but oooh just to enjoy being inside Wembley one more time
