Obviously someone who got banned for abusing the board and its members and wants to continue to wreak havoc on the board by trying to hack passwords.
Just make sure that your passwords will not be easily guessed and this childish muppet can carry on doing it for long as he likes before he gets bored and goes off to watch childrens TV instead.

And thay have miraculously put two & two together and matched it to a banned persons I.P. address.
