GET A LIFE!!!

I have heard on my local tinpot radio station this morning that we have arranged to play New Zealnd, acouple of weeks  before the home game with Germany.

The likely venue for the fixture is Easter Road.

I was wondering though, who's gonna mark Jonah Lomu?

Saw a quote from the New Zealand coach saying something like "no matter the current state of Scottish football, it will be a big occasion for us". Cheecky swine. If the game is in Embra, whose gonna work in the pubs there if all the Kiwis are at the game?!!!

I would hope that since our last non-Hampden fixture was at Easter Road, out next non-Hampden fixture will not be at the same venue.

BBC website says it has been confirmed for 27 May.

New Zealand coach Mick Waitt:

"Regardless of the current quality of Scottish football it will be one for the players and coaching staff to savour."

Well, we've had Easter Road AND Pittodrie this year.... Tannadice / Dens? Personally I'd prefer Easter Road again.... atmosphere was good last time.

Something to say

How about Brockville before it gets bulldozed at the end of the year? East to get to from Glesga and Edinburgh PLUS the Rocksteady security guards wouldn't be able to tell us all to sit down. Perfect!

I've always thought that the rugby team should do Scotlands finest formation dance 'the slosh' when the New Zealanders are doing the Hakka.

Their grunting about stickin spears up oor erses and we're singin "Sunday morning, up with the lark"  or Ten Guitars......  should piss them off no end.

Easy to get from Glasgow AND Edinburgh - that's all right then.  What about the 60% of TA that come from north of Perth. I say play it at Pittodrie as it's easy to get there from Stonehaven AND Ellon.

It would have to be East End Park after Dunfermline's exploits over the summer. They beat the 'all whites' in the first game of a double header before losing out in the second. Craig Brewsters first of many goals for the club...

Where'd you get that figure from MCTEAGLE?

As for the game. I think we should play it at Rugby Park. As I don't see the point of going back to either Edinburgh or Aberdeen when we could play it somewhere that hasn't had a game recently.
