A few of the Evertonians who came up for the recent tour of Scotland asked me to thank the people of Glasgow, Dunfermline and Edinburgh for the warmth and hospitality shown to them. Thanks everyone I knew the Scots were the best people in the world and it all helps towards getting 2008 off the ground.
All went home with fond memories, thick heeds, wet clothes and a lot more friendships. When is it going to stop bloody raining?

Totally agree. Met a few Evertonians in the East Port on Saturday. Top blokes, great laugh. Hopefully they will do well next season.

Great to see some positive comments about English fans on the board. I met some PNE guys last week and they were good lads. OK, they are real pricks when supporting their national team but deep down we know that they are not all knuckle scraping hooligans. Hope Kernie & CUFC read this thread and see that the TA are more than willing to speak well of their race when its merited.
