I know that and I don't defend it...but at Scotland and Ireland internationals there's no such paraphinelia(sp?). Behaviour of Club fans will count for nothing - if they did there would be no point in Turkey(SC Galatasaray) and Greece(AEK Athens) making a bid at all - but if there is the remotest chance of the home fans smuggling swastikas in the gound in Vienna at Euro 2008 I would hope it would work against the AUT-SUI bid.
