GET A LIFE!!!

The SFA have confirmed the following friendly matches for the U-21's in the lead up to the Euro Championship opener in Iceland:

Tue 20th August v Denmark @ Dunfermline
Wed 4th September v Israel @ Hamilton
Fri 6th September v N.Ireland @ Love Street

Good to see the U-21's get off the ground again in a big way. Will hopefully get along to the Dunfermline and Hamilton matches, but I'll be i the Faroes for the Love Street game...

GET A LIFE!!!

.....and the official announcement:

"The Scotland Under 21 team has finalised three international friendlies at home as preparation for its forthcoming campaign in the UEFA Under 21 Championship.

Scotland begin by meeting Denmark at East End Park, Dunfermline, on Tuesday 20 August (kick-off 7.30 pm), the day before the two countries meet in a full international at Hampden.

Two weeks later, the side has two matches in quick succession. First, Israel are the opponents at the Ballast Stadium, Hamilton, on Wednesday 4 September (7.45 pm), then they face Northern Ireland at St Mirren Park, Paisley, on Friday 6 September (7.15 pm). All matches will be shown live on Sky Sports.

The Under 21 team begins its competitive programme away in Iceland in October.

An announcement on the appointment of a new coach for the Scotland Under 21 team is expected before the end of July."
