Don't know the guy but I have enough experience of dealing with the media - some would say I am a media tart, I would not - to recognise a stitch up when I see one.
Nothing positive can come out of this feature, not for the TA anyway.

matt started topic saying he worked for Scotsman newspaper and wanted quotes about why Scot's wouldn't support England etc.
Asked for email addresses from posters.
Suspected as interloper and miscreant and then disappeared (might have been genuine and innocent but erring on side of caution was probably correct by fellow TAMBers).
matt then deleted his post after TAMBers smelt sassenach rat up to no good.
Might be worth keeping an eye on email address for future.
