There was a Saltire flying away during the celebrations at Parkhead on Saturday, well done to whoever it was in the North Stand.

Thought it great to see so many Green Saltires at Parkhead, instead of Irish tricolours.

Don't know if this has been mentioned elsewhere on the board(haven't got time to read everything these days) but the best selling football strip in Scotland just now is the England home top.....on account of the huns buying them for the cup final.Apparaently soemthing similar to the "orange day" at the Aberdeen cup final a few years back.Maybe a Rangers fan could confirm this.......is it true or is it just pub talk?

Here is hopin' that it will be the last time they get/want to take part re news about SPL TV.

They are in their own little world caring not a jot about the bigger picture throughout SCOTLAND (this is where they live isn't it?). Same mentality as the 'my dad voted labour so I will vote labour' blinkerred bunch.

It all highlights the need to expel them from our game...lets play the game because it is a game...NOT A POLITICAL STANCE!!

As well as a Scotland flag I saw a couple of guys wearing kilts.  Great to see, but I wouldn't get too excited, I reckon it's just a response to Rangers fans wearing E*****d shirts.

well, whatever the reason, it is at least good to see that some of theCeltic fans know which country they come from.

Exactly right, siber.

Kind of makes it a bit pointless having a Rangers tartan, doesn't it?  Maybe if they changed it to red on white they'd sell a few.....

I was at Aintree on Sat. & saw a few boys in kilts - some of which were Rangers Tartan.  I'm no fan of Rangers Tartan but far better than England tops.  Interestng to see how much Rangers (or Celtic) tartan will be at Hampden.

English guy works next to me and lives in Livingston. Wanted to buy an England top but couldn't get one cos all the huns had bought them up. He got one eventually elsewhere. Would welcome seing the Saltire being flown by the Celtic fans at final, even for all the wrong reasons.

The 3 sports shops on Princess Street i was in today all had an abundance of England home/away long/short sleeve strips, tracksuit tops, training tops etc.A couple of Scotland tops in one of them...no Fila merchandise in any of them.Bit of a Roger Hunt when you struggle to get a Scotland top in Scotlands capital city!!

I had a similar problem last year when I was looking for a Scotland top. Hunted high and low in Glasgow but couldn't get one (loads of kids sizes but no sizes for a BigYin). The annoying thing was there were Eng**sh, Rep. of Ireland, France etc. tops all over the place. It wasn't as if the new Scotland top had just come out or any other reason why there should be a high demand.

The problem is that there are two new Scotland kits and a new range of training wear coming out.... So no more was made when the last lot ran out!
