I believe there's nightclubs that do concessions so you'll be alright.

Exodus (or upstairs at Triple Kirks) is good is you're just wanting to listen to decent guitar stuff and aren't worried about trapping, the indie world is a bit blokeish once you hit 30), O Neills is the same as the above but better for trapping, Hotel Metro is you want to shag some 45 year old mink, O Donohues, ditto.
Go up the top end of town if you want to listen to dancey and chart sh*te and think that wearing a different colour of Ben Sherman shirt from your mate is a measure of your individual style.
All the places up there are pretty crap - but maybe I'm just old and boring.
Bottom line; Belmont Street; can't go wrong. Indie, proper Dance stuff, chart stuff. Belmont Street caters for it all.
Don't go into the Belmont Bar though - unless you're wanting to score some coke or Es then you should be okay - pretty rough in there though.

Sorry its not the end of this month its the SLF Gig at the end of next month. Looking for place where over 25`s go ,somewhere middle off the road for music and a laugh,Should find somewhere in Belmont street by the sounds of it ,Cheers Mcteagle , might fall into you at gig.

Bjork has never played Aberdeen unfortunately (apart from with the Sugarcubes) - excellent in Dundee and Glasto though

Damm, thought i had co-erced him in to going to Metro. Never been there but heard its rough.
Places to avoid Jumping Jacks/Chicago Rock Cafe - Very new but cheesy shite music where they think its trendy to have the staff up dancing on bar when its obvious they are quite embarassed about it.
Go to Paramout/Blue Bar if you want a letch at some good looking girls although most of them up their own arses. They are located off justice mill lane (parallel to union street) coing down from Yates (shite).
Best bet is certainly Belmont Street although my latest favourite is Espionage although it's more 22 year olds rather than 25 year olds.
With Hindsight you could go to the Archibald Simpson - very bottom of union street on corner because it is JD Wetherspoon and its cheap drinks and no music.
Additionally Charlies which is again on Justice Mill lane has had buy 1 get 1 free on saturdays all night for the last few months although I have been in Nigeria last 4 weekends.
You could also pop in to the Grill which is a really traditional Old Bar which I think still has the same bar facia etc since about 80 years ago. Quite earthy but again quality cheap drinks. Used to go there to avoid some women given that the did not have womes toilets until about 6 years ago. Its located on Union Street just down from Burger King.

I don`t know which makes you think i`m from Bonnybridge?, However i do know alot of hard working ,honest ,patriotic people from Bonnybridge & know that Bonnybridge is steeped in Scottish history and i do know that the people of Croy are patriotc as well !!! ?????????????????????
