As everyone said - Top job Ally.
Yellow sounds good.
I think someone also suggested having name in smaller print as well as large print on the back.

Ally no need to appologise as we were late in getting there as was John from the Heb, we all know you put a lot of effort into this & have got to enjoy yourself too, maybe get a chance to speak another time....

Ruary Posted on 12:08 am on April 19, 2002
Ally dont worry about talking to people, I am sure everyone realises the effort you put in and you are entitled to a wee dram or two the same as the rest of us. I too wish I had more time to talk to people but as it was only a one day tour there was work to be done
As for the t-shirts Angela got hers went to the toilet to put it on then came back without it. When I asked her why she said that when she put it on it was like a dress...
So yes maybe the next time it might be a good idea to see if there are small or tiny available
Ally I can picture you now sweating already about the next order.....

Ali Bev,
sorry for being in such a rush when you showed up - a couple of Belgian friends had just showed up and they were hanging around waiting for me to clear up so we could head off for a beer... Everybody showed up at the same time - 5 minutes after I had stashed the t-shirts and called it a day!!!
Apologies to John HebBar
- same story, you must think I'm an ignorant bugger for not stopping to talk!
More apologies to Giblet!
I was pretty flustered by this point, and didn't have your t-shirt in the pub, as I had left all the ones for posting somewhere safe...

Next time I hope to have the time to sit down and get pished - and talk to people!!!

All the best to everyone I never had time to speak to. Hopefully I'll remember a few more names next time...

Yellow? Seems you'll like those new yellow-pink away tops
Nae problem, I have some ideas already...

First of all well done on the T-shirts Ally, glad I just caught you at the Windmill. I must have had about a dozen guys asking me if they could order one as they seen Ali on my Shirt,   think you'll soon have another order list.

Also good idea on yellow T-shirts , I will certainly take another 4 possibly more.

If you order more i wonder if you could do me a big favour ? find out how small you can get them as my daughter who is 8 would love 1,i caught her taking my t-shirt out of the washing basket & putting it on tonight ,it would make her day if I could get her one.
She is an stc mem. & attends most home games .

If you can get one I would like Amy Bev on it. her normal t-shirt size is 132cm  or 8yrs if that helps.
CHEERS ALLY.

Both!!!

I think the one we have will have to keep going because it is so popular. But I think it would be nice to have a different one - maybe a yellow one, so we can print in red on it to make the Lion Rampant flag...

Great Ally, you are the best!
And do we keep the same design, or we have a new one for Faroes/Iceland?

Ruary Posted on 10:25 pm on April 18, 2002
Ally their success is mainly down to you and your hard work
I think now they are almost seen as a status symbol as everyone now wants one. By the time of the Germany game next year I reckon there will be thousands of us TAMBers and everyone will wear their shirts with pride.
Great work Ally enjoy the wee rest before the next order

MR SGHANGALANG,
I've messaged you about the t-shirt. Basically they made a wee spelling mistake, (see above!), so I'll send it to you for nothing...
Apologies for the cock-up - I'll see what I can do about it and get back to you.

Everybody else...
I've already got four messages in my in-box asking for t-shirts, so I suspect it won't be long until another batch is ordered.

Anybody that wants to get their name down for one please e-mail me - my e-mail address is in my profiles.
That way I can e-mail everybody back when I'm ready to put the next order together...

Cheers to everyone for buying and wearing the t-shirts. I'm amazed at how successful they've been...
