Maybe it's being saved for their f***ing bonuses.
Or maybe to deport the ****s to Mars.

Maybe they are keeping it in reserve to pay for Holyrood.

I read in the Edinburgh Evening News last night that they think the Executive are sitting on a surplus of £600M.  Supposed to be £200M from last year, £200M from this year and something about £200M project money or something like that.

Aye - the dirty dozen. Is 12 to 1 the odds against this being believed?

now, now lads!

The Scot. Exec. is merely waiting to invest the underspend in a project that gives them a 12:1 return.

It looks like the Scot exec will underspend their budget this year by £200 million.

Christ, we could stage the world cup wae that money. All those other things our £30 mill were to be spent on. Lies, lies and mair lies.....
